- Certified Insurance Counselor-CIC, CISR, Mary Ellen's career at Nixon Insurance began as a temporary office assistant in 1993. She became a permanent part of the staff two months later. A resident of Marlborough MA, Mary Ellen's expertise includes high valued homes and flood insurance. She became a Vice President of the Agency in 2004 and handles both personal and commercial clients.

- CISR, Sue is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and joined the staff of Nixon Insurance in 1995. She obtained her brokers license in 1997 and has an extensive background in auto insurance. Sue now handles both personal and commercial lines. In addition to her insurance duties, Sue is also the agency's personnel coordinator.
